Refund Policy - the basics
Deposits and Payments:
All deposits and payments made for catering services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking. Certain deposits may be non-refundable as specified in your contract.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your catering service, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit paid, minus any non-refundable fees or costs incurred.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional charges, as outlined in your contract.

Refund Requests:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
