Refund Policy - the basics

Deposits and Payments:
All deposits and payments made for catering services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking. Certain deposits may be non-refundable as specified in your contract.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your catering service, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

    • Cancellations made  30 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit paid, minus any non-refundable fees or costs incurred.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional charges, as outlined in your contract.

  • Refund Requests:

    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
